These terms tell you the rules for using the Fade Barbers website at fade-barbers.co.uk(the "site"). By using the site you accept these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site. We may update them — see section 12.

The site is operated by Fade Barber Lincoln Ltd ("Fade Barbers", "we", "us"), a company registered in England and Wales (company number 14060101), at 68 Woodfield Avenue, Birchwood, Lincoln, LN6 0LP. Call us on 01522 646509.

The site is for information: what we do, what it costs, when we are open, and what our work looks like.

You cannot book or pay for anything through this site. We are a walk-in shop — come in, or call us. Online booking is coming; when it does, these terms will be updated and you will be able to see what has changed.

You may use the site for lawful, personal or business-information purposes. You must not:

• use the site in any unlawful or fraudulent way, or for any harmful purpose;
• copy, scrape, republish, sell or otherwise exploit the site or its content except as allowed below;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the site, its servers, or any connected system;
• introduce viruses or other malicious code, or attack the site;
• misuse the site in a way that damages it, disrupts it, or degrades it for other people.

We may withdraw or suspend access if you break these terms, and we may report serious breaches to the authorities.

We own or licence the intellectual property in this site and its content — text, photographs, graphics, logos, the "Fade Barbers" branding, layout and software. It is protected by copyright, trade marks and other laws.

You may view the site, and print or download extracts for your own information, as long as you do not modify them, do not remove any notices, and do not use them commercially without our permission. You must not use our name, logo or branding without our written consent. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

The prices shown on this site are our standard prices and are indicative. They may change, and the price of your service depends on what you actually have done.

Hair systems are not priced on this site. Every hair system starts with a consultation, and the price depends on what you need. We will tell you the price before any work begins.

If a price on the site turns out to be out of date, the price we quote you in the shop is the one that applies.

The photographs on this site show real work done in our shop. They are examples of what we do, not a guarantee of the result you will get. Hair is different on every head — its type, its length, its condition, and how it grows all affect what is achievable.

If you want a particular look, show us the photograph and talk to your barber about it first. We would rather tell you honestly what is possible than have you leave disappointed.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or uninterrupted. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of it for business or operational reasons, and we will not always be able to give notice. Arranging your own access to the site is your responsibility.

Our opening hours are shown on the site in good faith, but they can change — for a bank holiday, an emergency, or staff availability. If you are travelling a distance, call ahead on 01522 646509.

We provide the site with reasonable care, but to the extent the law allows we exclude, in connection with your use of the site:

• liability for indirect or consequential loss;
• liability for loss of profit, revenue, business, goodwill or data;
• liability for site content being inaccurate or incomplete;
• liability for loss or damage from a virus or harmful material you get from the site or a linked site — your own security software is your responsibility.

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for any statutory right that cannot be excluded. If you are a consumer, you have legal rights that these terms do not affect.

Nothing in these terms affects our responsibility for the services we actually provide to you in the shop.

Where the site links to other websites — for example our Facebook, Instagram or TikTok pages — those are provided for convenience. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content.

You may link to our home page fairly and lawfully, in a way that does not damage our reputation or suggest an association or endorsement that does not exist. We may withdraw permission to link at any time.

Any personal information we collect through the site is handled as described in our Privacy Policy, and cookies as described in our Cookie Policy.

We may update the site's content and these terms at any time. The "last updated" date shows when we last changed them. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.

These terms, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply. We may transfer our rights and obligations under these terms, for example on a sale or reorganisation of the business. These terms are between you and us; nobody else has rights to enforce them.
